Nirmali Das is an academician and social science researcher with 8+ years of experience in the education sector and a strong passion for tourism development. She holds a graduate degree from Gauhati University and an M.Phil from Dibrugarh University. She is specialised in tourism marketing, rural development, community livelihoods, entrepreneurship, and sustainability. Currently, she is pursuing a PhD at the MBA Department of Tezpur University, where she has been awarded the prestigious ICSSR doctoral fellowship.
